Position Opening: Administrative Assistant

Fehr Strata Repairs (FSR) is a strata maintenance and repair company that works across the Lower Mainland. We distinguish ourselves by completing work built on quality, trust and integrity. We are hiring an administrative assistant to help streamline the customer experience, aid our day-to-day operations, and be a part of growing our company. I. Job

As an Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Office Manager and/or the owner, Tyler Fehr. Your duties include, but are not limited to: 

Job Duties

  • Tracking and recording all client data, lead opportunities, and inputting job information and approvals within our CRM (Buildertrend)

  • Recording expenses to the correct jobs

  • Reporting, communicating, and working with the office team to complete assigned tasks and provide updates 

  • Emailing clients with estimates, scheduling updates and job-related information

  • Maintaining a tidy workspace and helping with filing and office organization 

Requirements

  • 1-year experience (or equivalent) in completing clerical work in an office setting

  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Sheets/Docs, QuickBooks

  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills

  • Detail-oriented, friendly, professional

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others

II. Schedule

  • Permanent, Full Time (30-40 hours)

  • Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (room for flexibility of start/end time)

  • Remote work opportunities are available after completing the probationary period. However, you will be expected to be in the office at least 1-2 days a week for office meetings and organization. 

  • Flexibility and family are very important to us. We are very accommodating of appointments and commitments that come up/occur during normal working hours.  

III. Compensation & Benefits

$22.00 - $27.00 hourly wage

  • Opportunity for inflation and merit-based raises

  • Bi-annual bonuses based on employee and company performance

  • Medical and dental plan available after 3 months (includes paramedical, dental, prescription, life insurance, etc.)

IV. Company Culture 

Effective Immediately: 

  • 2-week company closure every Christmas

  • 1-week company closure, every year, during the first week in August

Effective After Probation:
